What will be the risks to the public with the final Hazardous Waste Combustion Emission Standards Rule?

EPA estimates that risks of cancer will generally be below 1 in 100,000 and in most cases below 1 in one million for the most highly exposed individuals. Risks will be insignificant for the average person. Exposures to mercury and lead will generally be below levels of concern for the most highly exposed individuals.
